Who We Are & Why CASI Exists
CASI was formed when a group of 67 artists, scientists, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and architects came together and realized an urgent need to inspire youth and promote open dialogue on the issues of our day. Our society craves facts and ideas, as well as debate on subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, preserving Central Coast art heritage, U.S. energy policy, wildfires, water policy, pension underfunding, and filmmaking.
We advance education by bringing talented speakers to schools and community groups. We bring scientists, artists, physicians, historians, engineers, economists, authors, and accomplished entrepreneurs directly to your venue and periodically host public and private member-only events.
501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status
CASI is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. 100% of membership revenue directly funds the CASI Youth Scholarship Program, encouraging high school and university students across California.
