Biography
David Quinnert has served as President of Ad Compensation, Inc. Chicago, IL, and San Francisco, CA from 2003 to the present. He also serves as Senior Compensation Consultant for JLB+Partners, He is an expert in analyzing public agency pension plans. Earlier he served as Chief Financial Officer for BBDO Chicago, Inc., a global Advertising Agency. Where he prepared all aspects of the corporate budget and profit plan and also managed banking and treasury functions. He managed staff in accounting and information technology. He previously served at Arthur Andersen, LLP, Certified Public Accountants, and Chicago, IL. Quinnert was Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association and on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Chapter of the American Cancer.
