Biography

In exploration of the limitless potential in human nature, Megan’s foundation lies at the cornerstone of holistic wellness and progressive performance. She is deeply fascinated by the complexities that exist within our unique and interconnected human condition. Eager to help others create meaning and grow toward their potential, Megan is a creative catalyst for positive change with her clients, patients, and community alike. She offers special consideration for one’s mind, body, and soul, encouraging relation between self and one’s environment.

Megan is currently finishing her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, with a specialty in Sports Medicine, at Five Branches University. She obtained a Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology at Gonzaga University, holds a license for Personal Training, and is a self-taught, freestyle pianist. During her undergraduate studies, she designed, conducted, and presented research on predicting fatigue in steady state exercise at the American College of Sports Medicine Conference. In her doctoral studies, she has presented research exploring the effects of Chinese herbal medicine in sport performance and recovery, at University of Kentucky’s Sport Psychology Symposium and Five Branches University’s Research Incubator. Ongoing areas of research include internal medicine, traditional Chinese theory, environmental physiology, chronic pain, dietetics, and athletic performance modalities.
